Dr Mohd Naseer, BI J&K State Program Coordinator made a presentation on the introduction to Article 5.3 of WHOCC, challenges and opportunities in the implementation of Article 5.3 and COPTA-2003.
Other speakers on the occasion include Dr Bashir Ahmad Chalkoo, Deputy Director of Kashmir Health Services Directorate, Dr Ab Rashid Najar, Deputy Director of Programs, Dr Tauseef Amin, Budgam NTCP District Consultant.
